On the desolate road to Acapulco, four siblings find themselves unexpectedly stranded in the middle of the highway. Under a relentless sun and with water scarcity looming as an imminent threat, desperation begins to take its toll. That's when Santi, the youngest sibling, begins to experience a disturbing vision: his siblings transform, before his eyes, into figures with watermelon heads. This bizarre phenomenon plunges them into a spiral of uncertainty and madness, where reality blurs and the struggle for survival takes on a surreal tone.
